Date Night

So....obviously this is no chasing your kid around attire...This is definitely my date night out with the hubby or for GIRLS NIGHT!....:) I thought I would throw in a little dressy outfit for us mommies on a much needed night out! The peplum shirt and the faux leather leggings are 2 items that are way fun right now. Trust me never in a million years would I think I would be wearing faux leather leggings but....I LOVE THEM! They are not just for dressing up either. I wear them with a chambray shirt, oversized sweaters and boots. They are a great way to step outside the box for very little. They were $10.50! You can't beat that!







Shirt: Forever 21
Leather leggings: Forever 21(similar ones. check in stores)
Necklace: Forever 21
Bracelet: c/o Hello Fab
Shoes: Thrifted( $7!!!)

    Geez, you're GORGEOUS! I love love love this look. I love peplum tops but always think they look funny on me, maybe I just don't know how to wear them right. But this, I think I could totally pull this off. Thanks for the great idea! Pinning this now... hehe!

    Jamie you are SMOKIN! I love it. I bought a peplum top from Target but the material was wrong and it was all staticky so I took it back. I'll have to check Forever 21!

    You look adorable but I'm afraid I would look like I squeezed into a pair of tight leather skinnies...you pull it off well!

      Oh your sooo nice! You need to try a pair on. I actually got a size bigger then I normally would so they wouldn't be as tight. They are really not as tight as they look. :) They are so comfortable too!!!

    I've heard the F21 leather leggings are awesome...great quality or seemingly "look as if" for the price! I'll have to pick some up.

    You look absolutely fabulous. I love, love your outfit, and would love to wear something similar.
    Since you mention in your blog about your "short legs" (which don't look short at all!!) I was wondering how tall you actually are? Also how much do you weigh, because you are in amazing shape for a yummy mummy. Hope you can reply to this mommy! Thanks. Gaynor.
