Just wanted to let you all know that in case you missed it, I was featured on the blog The Dime Diary on Saturday. You can check it out here. Today I am doing a blog swap with cute Candace from myownsweetscoops.com.

Hey! I’m Candace from myownsweetscoops.com and I love to blog about the latest fashions and DIY projects for reasonable prices. If you’re like me, you are trying to save an extra dollar or two when possible and still keep things trendy. I am here to not only show you items from fashion to home décor, but I am here to point you in the direction of where to find them. High energy is something I have come to crave. From working out to home décor and fashion, I feel like I am always on the go. And the greatest thing is…I love it! Being busy has allowed me to create this blog and share a little scoop of everything I enjoy from my life. Hopefully it will inspire you to tap into your creative side and allow you to fill your home with DIY projects and fashion I love. I am all about stretching my dollar to get the cutest items for my wardrobe or home so you can count on my ideas to fit your budget!

I currently have a few favorite trends that I love… anything with a polka dot, leggings, and rain boots! Let’s face it, polka dots are cute no matter what and haven’t lost their flare since they made their debut back in the 1920’s. Leggings are also my new love. Being a mom, I’m always bending every which way to pick up toys and leaping to catch a spill so leggings keep me feeling comfy, yet trendy because they are easy to dress up in a variety of ways. As for rain boots, I like them to be a bright happy color to accessorize your outfit this winter! I hope you enjoy every scoop!
